Artist Gallery Printing sell high quality Giclee prints of original artwork created by our members. As such not all prints will fit to a standard size and may include a border.
Therefore, when ordering prints you may need to consider:
Consider the type of paper you would like your print to be recreated on. Prints of an original oil painting often look best on canvas, whilst textured paper can really bring alive a watercolour painting. Acrylic paintings can look great on either canvas or textured paper depending on the 'feel' you are after.
Size and mounts
Think about how you will display the artwok. What size frame will work in the space you have available? Will you include a mount between the image and the frame? If so, how big? Consider what size you want the actual image to be.
As noted above, prints are produced from original paintings by our artists and may not always fit a 'standard' size. For example if you order an A4 print of a panoramic image there will be a thicker white border to the top and bottom of the image.
